School’s back in session, local farm stands and orchards are abuzz with visitors picking apples and pumpkins and soon the vibrant fall foliage will be peaking, covering our mountains and hillsides in a beautiful watercolor of hues. Ulster County is one of the best places to take in all the autumnal beauty of upstate New York, and when weekend visitors pour in from around the state (and beyond), Ulster is prepared to give them the show they were looking for… and a whole weekend-full of fun activities and festivals to boot. If you’re planning a leaf-peeping trip around Ulster County, or you’re a local looking for something fun to do with the family, you’ll want to take a look at our Fall Events Guide to maximize your fun this fall!
