It's back! - The Taste of New Paltz is a premier event for residents, visitors, and local businesses in New Paltz NY and the entire Hudson Valley. Restaurants and eateries from throughout Ulster County NY gather in one place (the Ulster County NY Fairgrounds), and sell small, bite-sized portions of their food so that visitors can get a taste (literally!) of what they have to offer!
