Ulster County SOLD Update | July 2016 Home Sales

It was a very busy July and we have even more new home sales to share with you today on the blog! Taft Street Realty is happy to announce double digit happy Taft Street Clients who have bought and sold homes in Ulster County in July 2016!  Let's get right to it, shall we?


 82 Parkcrest Drive, Rosendale

82 Parkcrest Drive in Rosendale, NY closed on July 13th, 2016 for $252,000. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home came with two living areas, creating a versatile layout perfect for entertaining family and guests. For whatever the reasonings, with such great interest in this area, many Woodstock homes can be quite pricier than in other Ulster County towns, yet with good reason. The mountain views are unbeatable, the shops and restaurants in and outside the village are great and you could be bumping elbows with famous musicians or celebs. Transportation is quick and easy, and only roughly 2 hours north of Manhattan, Woodstock is a great escape from the city, without having to travel very far.
