In 1935 these 2 cabins (4BR/2BA total) were combined with a group of 8 others as a summer community. Main House: The eat-in kitchen has dark wood counters and a run of cottage windows. The cathedral ceiling in the living rm is supported by tree limb trusses, and at its center a stone fireplace. French doors open to an enchanting library where the sofa opens to create a 3rd BR option. A short staircase leads to the landing with the 1st BR. Up a few more to the 2nd BR. Guest House: Has private outdoor spaces. Enter into a living room with French doors leading out to a shaded deck. A BR and a bathroom are each off the LR. Down a couple of steps into the eat-in kitchen, where a retro fridge and stove (working) blend in with the vintage vibe. The 2nd BR is at the end of the kitchen. Both cabins have heaters, but are "seasonal". The spring water lines run overground and in winter would freeze. Main Hse is insulated and a drilled well could be made to be year round.
