In fact, originally, I only obtained offers from his company and others as an exercise in due diligence. In my mind, I already knew who I was going to work with. Dylan did not give me the highest sale estimate, and I informed him that I had decided to work with someone else. But Dylan did not give up. Sometimes I would hesitate about asking him for yet another favor – and before I could ask him he would often volunteer his help.

I feel that Dylan has strong negotiation skills and a distaste for nonsense. He tells it like he sees it. They are good skills in any business, and particularly in real estate.
